REGEN-5
Food-grade protein and starch derivatives, recovered from grain.
Dawson has developed technology to make food-grade protein and a range of starch derivatives — bioethanol, glucose, maltodextrin, sorbitol and more — from rice and other food grains.
We have already established a plant in Gujarat, India with the capacity to make 1,000 MTPA of high-value vegan protein. The protein is high value at 80–85% protein content and passes the strictest norms.
Beyond the protein itself, REGEN-5 raises the efficiency of the host plant — improving extraction, lifting yields and cutting wastage across the process.
Built to upgrade existing grain plants.
Grain-based bioethanol plants
Add a high-value protein revenue stream alongside ethanol, from the same grain feed.
Glucose, malt & sorbitol plants
Recover protein and improve derivative yields across glucose, maltodextrin and sorbitol lines.
More value from every tonne of grain.
Increased revenue source
A new high-value, food-grade protein output from existing feedstock.
Better extraction, higher yields
Improved separation recovers more product from the same input.
Better efficiency, less wastage
A tighter process means lower losses and cleaner operation.
Strict-norm quality
80–85% protein content that meets the strictest food-grade norms.
